PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee on the Rehabilitation Building and Fire Code for Existing Buildings and Structures will meet at 1 Regan Court, Varley Building #46, Cranston, RI at 2:30 P.M. on Tuesday, October 21, 2008.  At that time, all persons interested will be heard for, or against, the granting of the following application for relief from strict compliance with the Rehabilitation Building and Fire Code.

APPEALS TO BE HEARD:

APPEAL #R080018:  Mr. Jeffrey Lykins, for the property located at 54 Custom House Street, Providence, requesting relief from provisions of the Rehabilitation Building and Fire Code.

APPEAL #R080016:  Mr. Ed Wojcik, for the property located at 7-14 North Main Street, Providence, requesting relief from provisions of the Rehabilitation Building and Fire Code.

Review of old business, correspondence & subcommittee recommendations.
