PUBLIC NOTICE:

Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee on the Rehabilitation Building and Fire Code for Existing Buildings and Structures will meet at 1 Regan Court, Varley Building #46, Cranston, RI at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 17, 2009.  At that time, all persons interested will be heard for, or against, the granting of the following applications for relief from strict compliance with the Rehabilitation Building and Fire Code.

APPEAL TO BE HEARD:

APPEAL #R090022:  Mr. Colin Kane, for the property located at 20 Newman Avenue, East Providence, requesting relief from the provisions of section 39.2.4.3.

Review of old business, correspondence & subcommittee recommendations.
